The Vondle Viewer
Documents of whatever size, can be viewed in a few seconds with instant zoom and scan features. Pages can be accessed immediately and annotations with notes added to any part of the document.
View and print anything you like
The Vondle Viewer runs in your browser and can print the viewed documents without downloading them. Vondle supports a very extended number of document formats.
High speed viewing
The Vondle Vierwer allows you to view documents of hundreds of megabytes in just seconds. You can zoom into pages and pan across drawings with great ease and speed.
Graphical work flow
Processes can be controlled by work flow that can automatically generate required tasks for specific individuals or groups of users. The work flow provides documented processes to projects, simplifying the conformance to necessary quality performance standards. The project leader can view the current status of one or all of their projects. Any action taken on the project is recorded and provides a full audit trail.
Nested processes
Each user can easily define workflow-processes in a graphical way, e.g. to approve meeting minutes, to process change requests. Nested processes can be organized as well. Workflows can be attached to documents, mails, calendar items...
Generate tasks
Every activity in the workflow-process generates a task for one of the users in Vondle, as defined in the workflow definition. This task is displayed on this user's dashboard. At any time, a Vondle user can view the work flow status in the Vondle Editor.
Data repository
Vondle has its own database that is simple to use for non-experienced SQL programmers. The database has connectors to most data sources (internal and external) and lets data stored in disparate files across the company to be made available to all/any users permitted by the project leader. Data not available to users because of platform complexity or security, can now be made easily available.
Repository Folders
A Repository Folder enables you to share data with other parties in a project. You can upload project information and invite external users to load their data and then produce queries against this and other data sources using the SOAP/API interface.
Smart Reports
Reporting allows you to access all your complex data and with the use of work flow can generate automatically regular reports, such as weekly sales, monthly accounts etc.

Vondle includes a set of utilities to help you manage your projects more effectively. You can upload and download multiple documents in zip files and then lock them, if required.
The Calendar
The Vondle Calendar is a typical project specific calendar. It allows you to manage, track and log all events and meetings that are linked to one particular project. The Vondle Calendar has a daily-, a weekly- and a monthly view.
Calendar notification
Adding a meeting or event to your calendar automatically generates a notification to whom it concerns. Vondle uses this notification mechanism to automate actions in the project.

At any given point in time you can view details of an event and attach files and notes to the event including private comments.
Project Address book - VCard
The project administrator can produce specific address books for the project. These can be imported from other projects or external data sources if required. You can open contacts as a VCard (electronic business card) or save it as a VCF file (VCard file format).
The Documents
Documents can be uploaded and downloaded from the server. Each document can be locked to avoid that two users working on the same document simultaneously. Documents can be viewed and annotated. The Vondle Viewer runs in your browser and can print the viewed documents without downloading them. Vondle supports an extensive list of document formats including all Microsoft and most others that are commonly used. Currently Vondle has over 50 different types.
Document details
There is a view of all document details plus a preview that allows fast viewing. Remarks and notes can be added to these details.
Document revisions
Users can add revisions to documents and notify others of such revisions. You can instantly view the revision list of each document. The revision list has a brief description of the modifications and mentions the author and time of the modification.
